If you asked our founders why the Roasting Party exists, they'd say it's all because of people. People who know good coffee is more than just a drink, it's an experience. Something for everyone. Made possible by sharing knowledge, fun and proper good chats.

We approach every roast as we do every coffee drinker, as individuals. Refining each recipe to deliver a cup that’s consistently bold – never bitter – with perfectly balanced, moreish flavours. So, whatever your drink of choice – a classic party blend or a banging single origin, with milk or without – you’ll always experience a cup of our coffee exactly as we intended.

Aussie-influenced and founder led, we’re a small, spirited team of creative thinkers, coffee drinkers: people who bring personality to the bar. Coffee is our calling. And we wouldn’t have it any other way.
